Clay Cups are unique handmade pieces so they may differ slightly from the images on our website. Please choose your Clay Cup carefully because we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Clay Cups are handmade stoneware so accidents can sometimes happen during shipping. If your Clay Cup arrives to you damaged, we're happy to replace it for you free of charge.

For us to replace your Clay Cup that was damaged during shipping, we ask that you notify us of the damage via email at hello@clay-cup.com within 48 hours of your Clay Cup being delivered. Please include the following information in your email:

  • A photo of your damaged Clay Cup and its packaging. 
  • Your name.
  • Your order number. 
  • Details of the damage.
Once we receive your email we'll be in touch ASAP. 

Clay Cups are handmade stoneware and need to be treated with care. We do not offer replacements, refunds or exchanges for Clay Cups that are damaged after your order has been delivered.
